To ask questions, use do or does before the subject. To say no, use don't or doesn't + base verb.

Wrong: Does she watches TV? Wrong: He doesn't likes coffee.
Right: Does she watch TV? Right: He doesn't like coffee.
Do / Does + subject + base verb?
Subject + don't / doesn't + base verb.
After does or doesn't, the verb has no -s.
